[ 팬레터 및 선물 전달 안내 ]
– 팬레터 및 소량의 선물은 별도의 신청 없이 우편 및 택배로 전달 가능하오나
퀵서비스의 경우 COVID-19 이슈로 인하여 사전에 담당자와의 협의 후 신청 부탁드립니다.
(퀵서비스를 통한 선물 전달의 경우 아래의 신청 방법을 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.)
– 착불 배송료 발생 시 반송 처리됩니다.
– 회사로 직접 방문하여 전달하실 수 없습니다.
– 파손 및 변질 위험이 있는 음식물(케이크, 과자 등)과 식물(꽃다발, 화환 등) 등

Recently, there have been some gifts and snacks being delivered without any prior notice,
and thus, they could not properly be delivered to artists.
In order to deliver the gifts and snacks that contain love from fans properly and rapidly,
For those who wish to deliver gifts, please read and check the following details.

[ Delivery of fan letters and gifts ]
– Fan letters and small amount of gifts can be delivered without any prior notice through post service or delivery,
but in case of quick service (delivery man), please make sure it is applied to person-in-charge beforehand,
due to the issue of COVID19.
– All deliveries sent under COD (Cash On Delivery) will be returned.
– You are not allowed to deliver package by visiting company yourself.
– (As of January 06, 2022) All packages that include foods and plants which have a risk of damage or corruption
and that were not discussed with the company beforehand will not be accepted (including that delivered through quick service).
Please, make sure that before delivery, you contact the person-in-change beforehand in regard of fan support.
– You are not allowed to deliver gifts to artist directly during schedule.
Especially, all those attempts to deliver fan letters and gifts directly by approaching the moving car during its way to and from schedule are strictly forbidden.
Please keep this rule for the safety of all fans and artists.
– In case of fan participation at music shows, delivery of fan letters (not the gifts) is permitted through fan manager after checking the attendance.
– When delivering fan letters and gifts, please write the name of members to receive it at the cover of package.
